We finished this ground-floor kitchen transformation in Twickenham a couple of months back, and every single inch was engineered with purpose. We worked really closely with the Callahan Interiors team to deliver their stunning vision.

From the seamless flush floor levels to the clean structural work that opened up the entire layout without wasting space, no detail was overlooked. Add in skylights, and beautiful joinery, and you get a space that works as hard as it looks good.

Earlier this year, our Top Grade Build team wrapped up a project very close to our hearts: the new community clubhouse for Hurst Bowling Club near Wokingham.

This historic site dates back nearly 300 years, but its old Victorian clubhouse was severely dilapidated (see the last swipe), lacking foundations, and prone to flooding after heavy rain. The club’s dedicated volunteers raised the funds to secure the future of bowls on this ancient green, and we were honoured to be chosen to bring their new facility to life.

We delivered a modern, fit-for-purpose clubhouse that honours the local area and blends seamlessly with the neighbouring pub.

While stripping back the floors on a current project in Twickenham, we stumbled across a genuine 1987 time capsule buried beneath the joists.

A dated bungalow became a crisp, high-spec modern masterpiece... and the client reviewed it as “outstanding”!

Last year, we took on a massive challenge in Berkshire: a complete, top-to-bottom renovation and rear extension of a bungalow, transforming it into a sleek, crisp, and high-quality modern home.

We handled almost everything on this project, from the structural extension and a total roof replacement to complex floor levelling, full rewiring, plumbing, and those flawless premium wooden floors running throughout.
