There’s a real sense of progress on this project now! 👌

The team at Modus Landscapes have done a fantastic job installing these beautiful tumbled Mint Sandstone Sets in this circular design, and today it was time to grout.

For this one, we used + Epoxy Paving Joint Mortar by GftK — our go-to product for projects like this. It’s a top-drawer product with fabulous quality and gives the perfect finish to the paving.

The project is really starting to take shape, and the team are doing an amazing job. We can’t wait to see the finished result! 👏

☀️ A Victorian path in a heatwave… now that’s a test of patience!

Laying a traditional black-and-white tiled Victorian path requires precision, concentration and plenty of patience at the best of times — doing it in the middle of a heatwave certainly added another challenge. 🥵

Every tile had to be carefully positioned to create the crisp, timeless pattern, and the attention to detail was a task in itself.

But the finished article? Absolutely worth the effort. 👌

A beautiful, classic Victorian path that completely transforms the space and is built to stand the test of time.

A small garden with a big transformation. 🌿

This once crowded outdoor space in Balham SW12 has been completely redesigned to create a practical, beautiful garden that will grow with this young family. Every square metre was carefully considered to maximise space, improve flow, and provide the perfect place for relaxing, entertaining, and making memories.

A huge thank you to our landscaping team, who persevered through the recent heatwave to deliver an outstanding finish. Their dedication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail have transformed this compact garden into a space the family can enjoy for years to come.
