✔️ This customer wanted minimal maintenance, so opted for a dry ridge and dry verge system - which we quickly installed

✔️ We renewed the lead work in valley as the old one had several splits

✔️ We repointed 2 sides of the chimney as previous builders had filled it with mastic 🤦🏼‍♂️

PROJECT COMPLETE 🏠🤩

Lovely strip & recover job on the main roof along with:

✔️A new dry ridge system, chimney flaunching and new lead cover flashings

✔️Installed new fascia, soffits and gutters and a velux window

✔️And finally….a flat roof round the back and sky lantern installed to increase the natural light!!

NEW PROJECT 😍

Made a start on this strip & recover job! Front of the property is nearly complete…..

STILL TO GO:

👉🏼 Strip the main roof to the rear of the property, install new felt and batten and re-fix the tiles

👉🏼 Install a velux window

👉🏼 Install new fascia, soffits & gutters

👉🏼 Supply and fit a new dry ridge system, chimney flaunching and new lead cover flashings

👉🏼 Start on the new flat roof (on the extension) and install a sky lantern
