This bathroom transformation was a little more challenging than most, with plenty going on behind the scenes that you wouldn’t know from looking at the finished result.
The existing bath was removed and replaced with a spacious, easy-access walk-in shower, complete with a built-in seat and grab rails for added comfort and safety.
One of the biggest challenges was the existing concrete beams, which we couldn’t simply drill through. This meant carefully rerouting and moving pipework around the room to get everything exactly where it needed to be. The property also had an existing cast-iron soil stack, adding another layer of difficulty to the plumbing work.
The room required a full re-plaster as part of the renovation, along with all the plumbing alterations and preparation needed to completely change the layout and bring everything together.
Despite being a much more involved job than a standard bathroom refit, we worked around every obstacle and delivered a clean, modern and practical new bathroom.
And the best part? The whole transformation was completed in just over two weeks.
