Due to an increased work load, we are on the look out for two new members to join our small and keen team.

Position 2

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Totnes, South Devon
Previous experience required.
Full UK driving license essential.

We are looking for a forward thinking and keen operator to operate and maintain Hitachi 8 & 13 ton machines. Opportunities to operate other machines such as tractor and trailer, telehandler etc, therefore versatility is key.

This work is a mixture of external projects for customers and in house agricultural tasks to include: trench and pipe work, tree shearing, ditching, clearing hedges and fence lines, loading trailers and spreaders where needed. The bulk of this work will be operating diggers with a reasonable amount of steep ground so a confident and precise operator is a must.

We are NOT looking for someone that is 20 years old, with 19 years of experience operating machines.

Pay dependent on experience.

Position 1

Job Title: General Farm Worker
Location: Totnes, South Devon
Previous experience desirable but not essential.
Full UK driving license essential.

We are seeking a motivated and versatile general farm worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves a wide range of tasks essential to the daily operation of our farm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, physically fit, and have a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily feeding, bedding and ensuring the highest quality of health and welfare of beef bulls, steers and heifers at all times.
This role includes operating large machinery to carry out these tasks.
Opportunity during peak times to assist in harvesting, cultivating, silage etc.

Pay dependant on experience.

NO ACCOMMODATION available.

Must have a working alarm clock and be on time.

The customer requested privacy and to keep their dogs safe within their front garden.
