Casey was friendly and explained everything fully as she worked on my front door, part of the mechanism had gone out of line and was bent which stopped the lock working, i admit the turning of the handle and locking and unlocking had seemed difficult for a while and made a grinding noise, although she really tried to fix that it didnt work so she replaced that part and made several adjustments to the door itself so that it opened and locked very smoothly.
I would recommend her locksmith services and give it 10 out of 10 for making what was initially a very stressful situation actually a pleasant one.
