* SWA not terminated to board nor was the armouring earthed
* CPC cut out from 2x ring main circuits
* Trunking not been fit properly with cables on show and not fixed *No installation of switched fused isolator at main head
* Multiple circuits on one MCB, wrong size MCBs for certain circuits
