Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, New Approach Contractors Ltd is looking for experienced Skilled Operatives and Foremen to join our Highways Division.

📍 What You'll Be Working On:
• Kerbing & associated works
• Highway surface drainage
• Tarmacing
• Traffic signal installations
• Utility ducting
• Block paving
• Highway signage
📍 Location & Hours:
• Predominantly daytime working
• Occasional night work required
• Projects across the South East, Sussex, Greater London and surrounding areas
📍 What We're Looking For:
• SSSTS qualification (foremen)
• Ability to complete task briefings, risk assessments, permits and COSHH documentation
• Strong commitment to site safety and team welfare
• Leadership and communication skills
Additional qualifications beneficial:
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Small tools tickets
Other Requirements:
• Reliable transport to our Maidstone, Kent yard (meeting point)
• High standards of workmanship
• Positive attitude and good people skills
