The Mount Ford end-of-terrace property had its challenges, from damp issues to dated, poorly used spaces that no longer suited modern family life.

We completely reworked the ground floor, carefully creating new structural openings, tackling the damp with comprehensive damp-proofing and rethinking how the space could be used.

Just a little showcase here of the work did.

We converted a shipping container in to a home office, with insulation and cedar cladding. We added the patio and pergola to the terrace.

Esther added the fairy lights as a finishing touch.

It’s given us a home office and outdoor living space which we used almost until December.
