Changed this tiled roof over to a torch on flat roof as it was just 5 degrees and leaking because of the pitch and the tiles was on max gauge and silicone to try and stop the leaks 🤦🏻‍♂️

New fascia and soffits on the low level and rear of this house giving the house a nice cleaner look.
Then the rundown old dormer we cladded, put new lead up sides and a new EPDM rubber roof on the top 🔨🏠
