Social media would have you believe everything is plain sailing 🙃 That’s not true, mistakes happen, things get missed.

A regular customer sent me this earlier today after her last clean, one window frame wasn’t quite spotless. Nobody wants that message, but it’s a fair one.

Went straight back this afternoon and sorted it. ✅

That’s the bit that doesn’t make it onto most people’s feeds. But it’s the bit that actually matters.
