Everyone knows about the Government's Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

Far fewer realise that an increasing number of UK banks and mortgage providers are now offering cashback, 0% borrowing and green mortgage rewards for installing heat pumps, solar panels and other energy-saving home improvements.

In some cases, that's up to an extra £2,000 towards the cost of a heat pump, which for many will bring the cost in line with a new A-rated boiler.
