🟠 EAGLE EYE & LEGACY JOIN FORCES 🟣


Progress report from Haverfordwest 📍

We had to call in the heavies for this one, 3 days in and she’s around 70% complete and should be wrapped up on day 4, completing phase 1 ✅

Full roof being finished in Cambrian slates before the solar lads come in and cover the building with panels ☀️(Good luck 🫣)

Not often we get both companies on the same job, so had to get the vans together for a photo 📸

GCG, AMMANFORD 🏡

We completed this project for Gavin Thomas, who’d previously received some pretty outrageous quotes, starting at £14,000 and going upwards 🫣

Safe to say, we came in well below those prices, and that included completing the low-level roof AND new uPVC plastics too ✅

Gavin was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication has been brilliant throughout and we’ve built up a great relationship along the way. Definitely become one of our favourite customers 🤝

For the roof we used:

▪️ Black Westland slates
▪️ Copper nails & rivets
▪️ Breathable felt membrane
▪️ Over-fascia ventilation
▪️ Felt support trays
▪️ Black Kytun verge
▪️ New uPVC plastics

The black slates against the white property have completely changed the look of the house. Clean, sharp and built to last 🏡🔥

CLYDACH, SWANSEA 🏡

A massive transformation for my auntie’s home! ❤️

A couple of years ago we installed a bonding gutter at the rear of the property, stopping a waterfall of rainwater from getting into the house. 🌧️✅

Recently, multiple leaks started appearing across the front roof, so we decided it was time to replace the lot and give the property a fresh new look… changing it from 🟠 Orange ➡️ ⚫️

What’s gone into this roof?

🪵 New treated battens
💨 New breathable felt membrane
🏠 Mannok roof tiles
📐 Marley Modern ridge system
🤍 White continuous dry verge system
💧 Fibreglass valley

The house is now completely watertight, maintenance free and has a much cleaner, modern finish. 👌

We’re proud to say we’ve now successfully completed the official Marley SolarTile installation course, walked away with our installation certificates, and are fully trained to install Marley SolarTile systems. ✅🎓

A huge thank you to Kevin Taylor for delivering an excellent course and sharing a roofer’s perspective on installing Marley SolarTile systems correctly. The attention to detail, from setting out the roof to achieving a clean, perfectly finished installation, was second to none.
