A complete exterior transformation completed on this detached property! 🎨🏡
The exterior hadn't been painted for many years and was heavily affected by green algae and black fungal growth across the rendered surfaces.
To ensure a long-lasting finish, the property first received a full fungicidal treatment to kill and prevent organic growth, followed by a thorough pressure wash. Gutters and fascias were cleaned, all failed paint removed, and cracks repaired prior to painting.
The property was then finished in Sandtex X-Treme Xposure White – one of the UK's leading high-performance masonry coatings. Designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, it provides exceptional durability, excellent resistance to rain and UV exposure, and helps protect exterior surfaces for years to come while maintaining a clean, bright appearance.
To finish the project, the lead flashing was restored back to black, giving the property a crisp, fresh look and enhancing the overall kerb appeal.
