Sunday’s are ment for chilling ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️they certainly are now for this customer supplied today with this 3.5kw mini split air to air heat pump.
For a week when I should have been on a holiday it’s certainly been a busy one as this weeks amount of invoices shows. Going forward we now have no availability for full bathroom refurbishments this side of Christmas with a couple all ready in discussions for early 2027 dates. I have left a few days dotted around for whatever the heating season or if someone wants to get an early install for next year’s air conditioning.

Finally got to the end of this one. big walls, high ceilings, big tiles and one ridiculously heavy shower screen has made this a longer project than I expected. I have a few maintenance jobs left for the rest of the week and starting a kitchen on Monday morning.

Well it’s certainly been a busy week since returning from holiday. Today I had spare time to fit a single split air conditioning unit at my property, now this isn’t a unit I would normally. Like or want to fit however it was something I could get hold of this side of the Autumn.
I have been in discussions with a air conditioning supplier who offers a five year parts and labor warranty on all of the units they supply. I have already placed an order with them for a multi split system for my property that should be delivered in the next three weeks direct from Italy once I understand and trust the products and brand I hope we can build a good relationship with them and offer a good product with a above average warranty.

A quick low level access shower room created just before I took my annual family holiday the WC worktop did arrive before I left however in the last minute rush I forgot to take a photo.
On my return I’m straight back into it with a two week refurbishment ,boilers and a kitchen amongst others.
large scale works are now being scheduled for the second week in November onwards 😬.
with now gaining my air conditioning qualification we will start showing installations going forward the first will be my property with others being offered out to existing customers that have already shown an interest. Unfortunately we can’t get all the units we would like to install due to significant demand in the market however I am keen to invest with my suppliers to offer the correct units for customers both in warranty and preference so I will be looking at offering a Autumn/winter price fixed deal in the coming future in an aim to make the most of the 0% vat on air conditioning installation.
