At ONS 2026, Subsea Integration Alliance (SIA), comprising Subsea7 and SLB OneSubsea, signed a long-term framework agreement with DNO Norge.

The agreement establishes an integrated approach to the delivery of subsea production systems (SPS), subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF), and associated services for DNO-operated projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Through the agreement, SIA can support projects across the full lifecycle, from pre-FEED and FEED studies through engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI). By combining the capabilities of Subsea7 and SLB OneSubsea from the earliest phases of project development, the collaboration aims to simplify interfaces, improve ex*****on certainty and enhance value creation.

Our CEO, Stuart Fitzgerald, joined VP Norway Erik Femsteinevik at the Subsea7 stand – 7300 in Hall 7 – for the opening of ONS in Stavanger.

The week ahead is about conversations - with clients, partners, suppliers and industry colleagues - about the projects we're delivering today and the opportunities ahead.

"The offshore energy industry has always been built on expertise, collaboration and a determination to solve complex challenges. ONS brings all of that together, making it a valuable opportunity to listen, learn and discuss how we can continue creating value for our clients," said Stuart Fitzgerald, CEO.

That focus on partnership and shared expertise is especially relevant in Norway, according to Erik Femsteinevik:

"Norway continues to be one of the world's leading offshore energy hubs. ONS brings together customers, suppliers and industry experts from across the globe, creating the conversations and connections that help move our industry forward."

This August, our team in Houston partnered with Spindletop Community Impact Partners for our annual back-to-school volunteering event. Every year we fill backpacks with essential school supplies that benefit the local students of YES Prep Public Schools.

YES Prep is an open-enrollment public charter school system serving students in grades Pre-K through 12 in Houston's underserved communities.

This year is particularly meaningful as we packed 300 backpacks – a record number for our team of volunteers – which will provide every child enrolled in YES Prep's newly opened West Elementary school a backpack and supplies of their own.

The new backpacks come filled with supplies such as notebooks, pens, crayons, and erasers, as well as notecards filled with encouraging messages so every child can have a positive start to their school year.

We are proud to have safely installed the second and final Øst F***g Pipeline Bundle in the Yggdrasil area, marking another major milestone for Aker BP ASA and the Subsea Alliance.

The 6.5-kilometre West Pipeline Bundle was launched from our Wester site in Scotland and towed 390 kilometres across the North Sea before reaching its final destination. With this installation, all four Pipeline Bundles for the Yggdrasil development have now been delivered from Wester and safely installed offshore.

This achievement reflects the dedication, expertise and collaboration of everyone involved - from engineering and fabrication to marine operations and installation.

Through the expertise and commitment of our teams, we continue to contribute to one of the largest ongoing developments on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, supporting Aker BP in bringing Øst F***g and Yggdrasil closer to production.

A big thank you to our project teams, vessel crews, partners and everyone across the Subsea Alliance who helped make this possible.
