I changed these single panels to a much Improved Double panel Type 22.

On arrival customer reported a small leak of dirty water and hot water keeps going hot and cold when running a bath

Diverter valve replaced ✔️
Heat plate exchanger cleaned at customers request ✔️

Well this Friday escalated quickly 🫣

Full Service carried out on this Potterton Assure system boiler and Unvented cylinder.

1. White condensate elbow done its usual thing and turned to chewing gum.
2. Expansion vessel flat as a pancake.
3. Return elbow has fell out of stranger things after having a leak for a number of years.

Replaced thermostatic cartridge in a consealed shower valve ✔️

And replaced 2 pop-up basin wastes after the old mechanism had failed ✔️

Re-sealed a shower screen after the old sealant had failed ✔️
