Garden Room / Man Cave

This project was left unfinished and with numerous issues by the previous team. Despite the bad experience, the homeowners didn’t give up and trusted us to put things right.

We corrected structural work that didn’t meet the required standards, improved the thermal insulation to ensure it performs properly, and installed a French drainage system with soakaway, silicone render and proper roof ventilation.

The electrical installation was also upgraded and corrected to meet current standards, with all necessary testing completed and certificates provided.

Inside, we installed high-speed internet, voice-controlled lighting and an advanced smart system integrated with Amazon Alexa.

Finally, premium-quality turf was laid to complete the transformation. 🌱

From an unfinished project with serious issues to a safe, modern and fully functional Garden Room / Man Cave — built and finished the way it should be. 💪
