🏗️ 10m³ of concrete for wall footings
🏗️ Engineered block & beam foundation system, designed by a local engineer to carry 22 tonnes and allow for future installations
◼️ 100m² split-face porcelain cladding
◼️ 100+ linear metres of limestone copings, all cut to size on site
◼️ 210m² anthracite porcelain
◼️ 90m² split-face porcelain tiles
🌱 40 tonnes of topsoil
⛏️ 100 tonnes of Type 1 MOT hardcore
🏗️ 30 tonnes of sharp sand
🧱 15 tonnes of building materials
💪🏼 450–500 bags of cement
💧 20 tonnes of drainage gravel
🚛 100+ tonnes of waste removed
With extensive drainage and engineering throughout the garden to create the steps, planters and retaining structures needed to overcome the huge changes in levels.
