Extension to existing decking complete ✅

Ground is really quite boggy as you can see so we decided to have the posts above ground sat on concrete footings to keep them out of the soil and out of the moisture.

The extension will soon have a lovely summer house sat on top of it for these lovely customers to enjoy the last of the days sun watching the wildlife.

Most of you will already know my wife runs a personalised gift business called Lovely Little Gifts

I do the engraving side of that business in the evenings.

I’ve started to make gate plaques with house number and street name on for my customers when building them a bespoke gate as a bit of an add on but we can make these for anybody if anyone is interested? They are only £7 and are made by us here in Stoke on Trent.

Garden unusable due to rotten and collapsing steps.

Customer wanted it boxing in to make it more kind on the eye as well.

Turned out lovely in the end!

Just a very quick message to all customers past, present and future to say that DM Maintenance Services won’t be participating in the “Cowboy Builders App” that the Labour Party have announced.

This isn’t anything to do with rogue traders but it is everything to do with government overreach. They intend to track every penny in the building trade to make sure they grab as much money from small businesses like mine as they can.

Furthermore, they will also want to know where you had the money from to pay for the work. To see if any inheritance tax or any other tax can be applied to you so they can grab some more money in the process.

It’s all smoke and mirrors and I hope people see through it.
