Proof that you don’t need a huge budget to make a huge difference! 🛁✨
We recently completed this bathroom renovation at Smiddy View, giving the space a much-needed modern refresh while making use of some of the existing fixtures that were still in great condition.
Rather than replacing everything, we kept the original vanity unit and gave it a new lease of life with a marble-effect worktop and a new, more modern basin. The previous full-height tiling was carefully removed and replaced with half-height grey tiles around the bath and vanity area, instantly making the room feel brighter and more contemporary.
A brand-new bath and chrome heated towel rail completed the upgrade. 👏🏼
Sometimes it’s the smaller changes that make the biggest difference. The room is still to be painted, so there are a few finishing touches to go… but just look at the transformation! 🤩
