These are some completion shots of the Learning Curve and I built together as part of the new Stone Of Arc National Training Centre in Shoalhaven, New South Wales. The piece contains two sets of DSWA L.3 (Advanced) features - the curve and lunky - and two tall cheekends. We swore a lot, we burned, we got drenched, b**r was drunk, black cockatoos admired, silly walling songs were composed. We had the time of our lives! ⚒️

Of the things I’ve been lucky enough to build with Stone Of Arc at the new National Training Centre, this arch might be my favourite! Mind-bendingly, it skews off at an angle to the wall in order to line up with the watercourse. This also meant we had to devise a special rhomboid former!
