Always good when you get to do the full glazing package on a property.

At the front we fitted hardwood Sapele garage and entrance doors in Pebble Grey with antique brass furniture, then round the back we’ve got the Cortizo Cor Vision sliders in RAL 8019, with Cortizo windows throughout the rest of the house.

Really nice mix of products, loads of glass and some cracking details throughout.

Most importantly, the clients are really pleased with it.

We’ve enjoyed this one.

An installation that was a little different for us in the heart of Stamford

These customers live just near the church and wanted something that would fit in with the character of the area rather than just a standard set of French doors.

We spent a bit of time going through the design with them and ended up with this completely bespoke set, made from Sapele hardwood and finished in RAL 9001 Cream.

The curved astragal bars were a big part of getting the look right and I think they work really well with the old stonework. The antique brass handles are a nice finishing touch.

Another Aperture project where the little details make all the difference.

Really happy with how this one came together. Nice to do something a bit different!

This is a project we’re really proud of.

We completed the windows and doors throughout this property and there’s a lot more to see than we could ever fit into a photo.

Next up, we’ll be posting a video showing you around the front, back and some of the details that made this such a great job to be part of.

Keep an eye out for this 👀

A big milestone for us...we’ve got the keys to our first showroom! Right in the heart of our lovely town in Stamford.

There’s plenty to do before we’re ready to open but we’ll be working from the space while everything comes together so if you’re nearby, come and say hello. We’re looking forward to meeting new faces and welcoming familiar ones too.

We’ve been a trusted local team for windows and doors for over 20 years and we’re proud to serve Stamford and the surrounding area. If you know someone planning a home improvement, we’d really appreciate you sharing this with them.

Emerald green was definitely the right choice on this one 👌

A recent Jacobean installation in Stamford, finished in emerald green with decorative glass to match.

Classic style, loads of character and a colour that works brilliantly against the brickwork.

Another very nice one to hand over.

Bit of a different one for us this time 👌

We recently completed the glazing on this new gym / office build just outside Stamford, using black Cortizo Aluminium throughout.

As well as looking the part against the stonework, we’ve fitted acoustic glass to help keep noise under control...fairly important when your office and gym are sharing the same space 😅

Really pleased with how the black aluminium has finished this one off. Looking forward to seeing the whole build once everything else is complete.

If you’ve got a new build, extension or renovation coming up around Stamford, Rutland or Peterborough, give us a shout.

This is exactly what we wanted Aperture Window Group to be about from day one.

Good advice, quality products and looking after people properly from the first conversation through to the finished installation.

This lovely Google review came from a door installation completed just last week and we’re very grateful to Alan for taking the time to leave it.

So, if you’ve been waiting for a sign to finally sort those draughty windows, replace the front door, add a porch or give the conservatory roof some much-needed attention… this is it. We couldn’t have made it much more obvious really..

Covering Stamford, Rutland, Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

Here's a 'watch this space’ one from us… 👀

We’ve just started this job over in Manton, Rutland and there’s a fair bit happening.

A brand new porch, four new windows, a new door and all-new roofline going in. Safe to say, it’s going to look very different by the time we’re finished.

Looking forward to getting this one over the line and showing you the finished result 👍

Over 25 years in the industry and we still haven’t figured out how to have a quiet week… 😂

One last look back before Monday rolls round, this new build on the outskirts of Peterborough has been finished with Liniar flush casement windows in anthracite grey, alongside a composite entrance door.

The dark frames against the fresh render work an absolute treat. Clean, simple and a really smart finish all round.

Right, enough admiring our own work. Another busy one starts tomorrow 👊

Combinations like this are 👌

This recent installation in Colsterworth pairs a deep blue composite door with aged antique brass furniture and decorative Morano glass.

Set against the original red brickwork, every element complements the next without trying too hard.

A great example of how the right colour, hardware and glazing can completely change the feel of an entrance while still respecting the character of the property.

Thinking about replacing your front door?
We'd be happy to help you find a combination that suits your home.
