First half of this amazing project first fixed last week. Can’t wait to see the finished result. 2nd half to first fix once new flooring is down and stud walls up.

Pushing on with 2nd fixing this huge conversion this week, existing bungalow had the roof removed and two further floors added! Great work from everyone involved .

Started the 2nd stage of this project today. We completed the outside lighting for the summer house last year, now onto the decking area. Deck lights, step lights and post lights to wire and install.

2 properties finished off this week in Stamford. New fuseboards installed in both properties, new kitchens and bathrooms wired and new lighting installed throughout. Its taken a long time to get to this point but the end result will be great!

Early start today finishing off this property. Final bits left to complete then on to the next one.

LED lighting conversion completed for LDC new unit in Bourne.

Existing lighting was old and taking a long time to light up once switched on. We reused the existing light fittings and converted them to take LED lamps, lights were rewired internally, modified and given a good clean up.

The cost saving is huge the original lighting installation was using 1.25 kWh this is now down to just 200w, massive saving of 1 kWh by using 40w LED corn lamps.

What a transformation!! Hard to believe it’s the same house, fully rewired by ourselves and working closely with the builders/client to get the right finish.

LED lighting throughout the whole property, new sockets, kitchen rewired and new circuits for hob and oven, phone line relocated, outside lighting and new fuseboard.

Another media wall finished a few weeks ago, this one took a lot of planning but the end result is great.

Plastered in LED profile and fully dimmable, just the TV left to go up 👍🏻

Lighting refit/upgrade completed last week for The Yard Soft Play Centre in Stamford. All existing lighting removed and lights repositioned to give better coverage.

Really great results, and great people to work for.

All lighting installed comes with a 7 year warranty.

Finished last week off with some 2nd fixing on this lovely extension. Brushed metal sockets and down lights installed. Underfloor heating controls wired ready for the new manifold to be installed next week.

Finally finished this project off last week. Full rewire completed on this property.

Electric underfloor heating throughout the groundfloor, wireless speakers in the kitchen area and smart LED lighting throughout all controlled via a mobile app.
