Small shower room and downstairs WC fit out completed in Stafford.

This compact space has been finished with green feature tiles, timber effect shower panels, new sanitaryware and a practical layout to make the most of the room.

A clean, tidy finish and a useful addition to the property.

The stone bath has arrived… all 130kg of it.

This master bathroom renovation is moving on, but first came the small job of getting this bath upstairs and safely into position.

Not exactly a one man lift, but the team got it in place and one of the main features is now ready to be plumbed in.

More to come as this bathroom project takes shape.

Not the most glamorous job but an important one.

Rainwater at this period property had previously been discharging straight onto the block paving and into the water butt, leading to water problems around the courtyard.

We installed two new gullies, connected them across the courtyard and into the new soakaway in the rear garden.

The paving was then reinstated and the rainwater now has somewhere proper to go.

No more leaks and a much better long term solution.

Master bathroom extension taking shape.

The room has been built, plasterboarded and the floor tiles are now down, with the next stages starting to come together.

A lot happens before the finished details go in, but getting the layout, structure and prep right is what makes the final result work properly.

A look back at a first for Dixon Construction, the pizza oven.

Not ones to turn down a challenge, this became one of the standout features on this Penkridge outdoor living project.

From the brickwork and oven installation to a very close inspection along the way 👀 it all came together nicely.

Happy to confirm, the oven produces pizzas in under 60 seconds!

Great feedback from a recent kitchen extension project in Stafford.

The clients remained living in the property throughout the build, so keeping things tidy, organised and practical was important from start to finish.

Lovely to hear the finished space is getting plenty of compliments.

New green oak porch, repointing and a proper farmhouse facelift completed in Penkridge.

A before, during and after look at this established farmhouse, including repointing, rebuilt steps, a new dwarf wall to support the porch and a handcrafted oak porch to complete the entrance.

The during photo shows the scale of the repointing work before everything came together in the finished result.

A good example of how the right updates can lift the front of an older property while keeping it in character.

UK heatwave incoming ☀️

This Penkridge outdoor space is definitely ready for it.

Large porcelain patio, built in pizza oven, outdoor fire, BBQ area and plenty of room to enjoy the garden properly.

Designed alongside Peagreen Interiors and built by Dixon Construction.

Safe to say the dog’s settled in and claimed the best seat ready for the weekend! 🐶
