When you've got a question about your account, who actually picks up the phone?

Telecoms support is about more than logging a fault ticket. Sometimes you need to add a colleague, understand a bill, or talk through a change happening in the business. Knowing who to contact makes all of that a lot easier.

At 360Coms, that's why we focus on knowledgeable, UK based support and a genuinely personal approach, real people who know your account, not a call centre queue.

Meet some of the people behind the service.

We're hiring in St Ives! đź‘‹

360Coms is looking for a Telesales Representative to join the team at our head office. You'd be phoning businesses to find out what they currently use, then booking appointments for our sales team.

The hours are 9:30am to 2:30pm, Tuesday to Thursday, so 15 hours a week. Pay is from ÂŁ13.50 an hour plus ÂŁ10 commission for each completed sales appointment. It's a one year fixed term contract, reviewed every three months, with progression to a permanent role considered.

Previous B2B telesales experience and a confident phone manner are a must. There's free on-site parking and a company pension, and casual dress is very much allowed.

Know someone local who'd be great at this? Share it with them. Full details and how to apply are in the first comment 👇

When your receptionist is already on a call, what happens to the next one?

Your busiest moments are often exactly when a customer decides whether to wait, leave a message, or just try somewhere else. A sensible call-routing plan helps spread enquiries out and gives every caller a clearer experience, rather than leaving it down to chance.

It's worth thinking beyond the phone just ringing. What actually happens if the first person can't pick up?

We can help you explore options that suit your team. What's your current setup for busy periods?

05/10/2026

Before we talk handsets, packages or features, we want to understand how your business actually works.

Who takes your incoming calls? Which teams work remotely? Where are customers experiencing delays? What needs to change as you grow?

Those questions shape a much more useful conversation than a one size fits all quote.

What does your current setup need to do better? Tell us in the comments.

Running a business across multiple sites shouldn't mean customers have to guess which office to call.

The right call-flow design directs enquiries to the right people, gives every caller a consistent welcome, and helps teams work across locations without things falling through the cracks. It starts with mapping out the customer journey first, not choosing equipment before you know what you actually need.

How does a call reach the right person in your business right now? We'd be curious to hear how you've got it set up.

A business phone system being installed and a business phone system actually being ready aren't always the same thing.

Before a new setup goes live, it's worth checking the basics. Can everyone make and transfer calls without a hitch? Are hunt groups and voicemail set up properly? Does the team know exactly who to contact if something needs sorting?

A properly considered handover saves a lot of confusion later and gets everyone confident from day one.

Thinking about changing your phone system? Tell us what you're trying to achieve and we'll help you plan it properly.

On 17 September, part of the team headed to Fabric London for Giacom's Imagine Nation, an evening bringing partners from across the telecoms industry together.

Before the party started properly, there was a first look at FLOW, an AI powered phone system from Voiceflex built with Telavox. It uses something called AI Assist to automatically transcribe and summarise phone calls, plus an AI receptionist to help handle incoming calls, genuinely useful technology dressed up as a proper night out.

Then it was Judge Jules and Charlie Hedges on the decks, with live tributes to The Stone Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Prodigy rounding things off.

Good industry, good people, good night. Were any of you there too?

The UK's telecoms market is changing, whether businesses are paying attention or not.

Ofcom has recently been looking closely at competition in the UK's fibre broadband market, including a proposed intervention around an Openreach discount scheme. At the same time, more businesses are moving towards cloud based systems, flexible working and digital first communication.

So what does that mean for you? Simply this: your telecoms setup shouldn't just get renewed out of habit.

Does your broadband actually support your workload? Can your team work flexibly? Are your mobiles managed efficiently? Could your phone system grow alongside you? Are you paying for things you don't even use?

Here's the big one. If you were starting from scratch today, would you choose your current setup?

If not, it might be time to talk it through. What's the one thing about your current setup you'd change first? Let us know below.

"Can I speak to someone who actually knows our account?"

It's a question a lot of business owners have had to ask their telecoms provider at some point, usually after being passed around a call centre a few times too many.

That's not how we work. Real people, real solutions, and conversations that carry on well after the contract's signed.

Business communications should feel personal. That's what we're actually about.

Ever been stuck in a call centre loop when all you needed was a straight answer? Tell us about it below.

Don't just take our word for it.

One of our customers put it perfectly: "We have used 360 Coms since 2016 and they have been amazing from the first meeting to the present..."

That's exactly the kind of relationship we aim for. Installing a phone system is the easy part. Being there afterwards, when things change or questions come up, is what actually matters.

To every customer who continues to put their trust in us, thank you. It genuinely means a lot.

Has your current provider gone quiet since the contract was signed? We'd love to have a conversation.
