I do love a garden tap, I had three on my list for today,

The first 2 just need a replacement tap as 1 had developed a leak from the hand and the second just would not turn off completely,

Then for the hat-trick lastly was a new hot tap installed In Spennymoor so 3 Labradors can have nice warm wash after there walks,

Sunday the day of rest they say!

After a phone call last night with an emergency the homeowner turned off the water and I was then there this morning to replace a failed condensate pipe in the kitchen ceiling!

Unfortunately going up from underneath was the only viable option for this one,

But thankfully all sorted

Not all jobs are the same, one of today’s jobs was to replace a blown pressure relief valve in a triton electric shower that had blown causing the water to spray out and loose pressure,

But it’s a nice simple fix saving the home owner the cost of a new shower and install,

Then obviously on two a couple of garden taps!

With a trio of garden taps done, the radiators removed for a plasterer to go in and new ones going in next week,

Then onto a tap replacement on my way home in spennymoor!
