Big transformation on this rear garden 👏

What was a big mound of just putting it politely pure sh*te piled in over the years overgrown with vegetation, we even found a children's slide in there 🛝 😅

All removed and disposed of within wheelbarrow's due to narrow access (only just managed to get the micro digger through with some shunting before and forth) 2 grabs in total removed of spoil with a full van load of vegetation and another van load of wood and miscellaneous stuff. ✅️

New KDM elite fence supplied and fitted to define boundary line for 3 neighbours and created a larger garden for the neighbour who's garden previously was the other other side of the mound. ✅️

All posts bitumen painted 600mm for the best possible protection in the ground. ✅️

Extra gravel boards fixed to the bottoms of the panels to prevent/prolong the life from the moisture in the soil. ✅️

Some of the current patio pulled up and relaid to form a new path down the side with charcoal block edging installed around perimeter. ✅️

New grade 1 top soil installed. ✅️

New grassed area installed to add some more character to the garden due to not having any grass prior. ✅️

New garden and privacy for all parties involved to be enjoyed for the rest of the summer we have and for many years to come great project to be a part of. Many thanks for the continued work 🫡

Summerhouse base with abit of style. 🙏

Ripped out the Portuguese laurels and stumps and disposed of within the area to be paved. ✅️

Prepped area with membrane and hardcore and compacted. ✅️

Laid concrete paving slabs to withstand the summerhouse base. ✅️

Picture framed Brazilian gold porcelain jointed with dove grey grout. ✅️

Corten steel metal edging installed to separate gravel and soil. ✅️

Finished with golden gravel border and top soil and seed to meet the new heights. ✅️

All ready for our customers contractor to erect the summerhouse and even a nice email at the end. 👏

Booking Mid October onwards for any projects you want doing before winter then most large works would be carried out next year when weather improves. ☀️

Before and afters of a recent garden overhaul in Ainsdale 🙏

From what was a very overgrown, lacking of sunlight and massively neglected garden due to the ongoing renovation works on the property.

To now a garden that the family can enjoy for the rest of the summer what a transformation. ☀️

3 Loads of Top soil imported into the garden with all the sod and overgrowth dug off and removed from site. ✅️

30m2 concrete pad installed for garden outbuilding/ storage. ✅️

Kandla Grey indian Stone patio installed for seating area. ✅️

Garden power raked. ✅️

250m2 of premium turf installed. ✅️

The sprinklers have been going all day every day since we completed this last week to keep this in the best possible health due to the temperature and lack of rain. The last 2 photos are from a week on from laying to show how well it's started to come and the growth already had.🙏

Another quality job completed and customer couldn't be anymore pleased. 👏

Well needed revamp for this little garden. 🙏

Old turf cut and removed, some height took off the area to allow for new soil. ✅️

The grass like most of Southport had seen better days due to the scorching sun, sandy ground and lack of rain. New Lawn installed with grade 1 topsoil supplied from Webster’s Turf

Raj blend indian stone setts installed pointed in traditional sand and cement. 🤝

New seating area installed finished with cotswold gravel. 🤟

Night and day better and easier maintenance for our customer just the right amount of hard vs soft landscaping. 🤝

Concrete driveway broke out, new hardcore supplied and compacted, gravel grids from CORE Landscape Products ® installed finished with cotswold gravel and a Egyptian limestone apron installed in customers preferred laying format jointed with traditional lime mortar.🙏
