𝗙̲𝗿̲𝗼̲𝗺̲ 𝗴̲𝗿̲𝗼̲𝘂̲𝗻̲𝗱̲-̲𝘇̲𝗲̲𝗿̲𝗼̲ 𝘁̲𝗼̲ 𝗮̲ 𝘀̲𝘁̲𝘂̲𝗻̲𝗻̲𝗶̲𝗻̲𝗴̲ 𝗻̲𝗲̲𝘄̲ 𝘀̲𝗽̲𝗮̲𝗰̲𝗲̲!̲ 🏗️✨

We have been transforming this home with a bright, spacious kitchen extension. Here is a look at our progress so far:

🌧️ 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿-𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟵 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀: We built the entire external structure from nothing to 100% complete and watertight in just 9 days.

⚙️𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴: We replaced the adjoining brick garage roof to tie into the new extension roof. We specially designed them at different heights to guarantee the perfect rainwater runoff and drainage.

☀️𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: We have fitted a sleek skylight window, and we will be installing French doors to the rear to open straight out into the garden.

🔓𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝘂𝗽: We knocked through the connecting wall to join the original kitchen to the new extension.

✅𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲: The old kitchen is completely out! We are currently halfway through plastering the whole space and installing strategically placed spotlights.

✨𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵: You might notice the outside isn't rendered yet - we are intentionally leaving the final render until the very end to protect it from any dirt, heavy tools, or kitchen delivery access.

📝 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁: Installing the French doors, fitting the brand new kitchen - complete with a classic 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗸, 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗮𝗸 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀 and a 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 - followed by flooring and our 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵. ✨
