Complete transformation of this home in Cambridge.
Works were a reconfiguration of ground floor, an infill extension at the front of the property, conversion of the integral garage and extension of the first floor accommodation. What was a 2 bedroom bungalow with a small kitchen and living spaces is now a 5 bedroom home with an open plan kitchen and living space.
Downstairs there is a new entrance hall with a new porch with vaulted ceiling. There is a large open plan kitchen with a dining and living area, a utility room, home office, cloak room and library too.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. There is also two guest bedrooms that share a family bathroom, and an ensuite guest bedroom.
