Are you looking for a garage conversion?

Well this is one we’ve recently completed. This double width garage has been converted into a fully functioning space. Complete with all new electrics (tested and certified) and A/C unit, which with some of the recent weather has been put to good use by our client.

This conversion has been waterproofed, insulated all round, fully plastered, complete new roof finished with top quality torch on felt.

Flooring is LVT supplied and fitted by our friends L&A Flooring

We finished the front with western red cedar shadow gap cladding and installed these lovely French doors with quarter lite windows.

Big shout out to our friends Handi Hire in Totton. Without the hire of this beam lifter we’d have been really stuck!

Bringing old houses into the 21st century!

One structural wall down, two new steels, back wall being removed with new French doors and full aspect windows going in.

Big Kitchen refit continued….

All new sub floor laid due to previous build making the floor un-level.

All new electrics, plaster, doors and new kitchen fitted.

Beautiful quartz worktops and upstands with a nice integrated charger and pop up socket.

One of our recent kitchen projects involved removing an old set of French doors, opening up the back of the house installing new catnic and fitting a lovely set of 3mtr aluminium bi-fold doors.
