Kitchen renovation project.
Removing a load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room to create a nice big open plan kitchen/diner. We have also completed a full rewire, kitchen plumbing and plastering. Looking forward to the arrival of the kitchen on this one.

Latest garage build foundations underway. Our first day on the project, removing all relevant fences and fence posts. We had to gain permission from the neighbours to use their garden as access as the new garage wall is right on the boundary line. We noticed this when the plans were presented to us and approached the neighbours in good time to let them know we would require access, we used the original fence as a site barrier to ensure safety at all times. Forward thinking and planning a project efficiently makes progress so much quicker and easier and of course to make sure all involved are not put out too much by the construction work and safety at all times. Edgings broke out and tarmac removed we move on to the excavation works.

Brickwork has started on our latest garage build.

Spent a lot of time finding the perfect brick match for these, it’s something I feel needs a lot of thought putting into to make sure the final finish is perfect 👌
