Hallway Transformation Complete ✔️

A simple wall can completely change the feel of a space.

For this project, I designed and installed bespoke wall panelling, starting with the framework and layout, before priming and preparing everything ready for decoration. The final coat in this deep green really brings the panelling to life and creates a high-end, timeless finish that works perfectly with the oak doors and flooring.

A recent staircase transformation completed in solid oak.

This bespoke balustrade was made and fitted to completely update the look of the staircase, bringing a much brighter and more modern feel to the space while keeping it in keeping with the home. The natural oak grain really stands out against the light décor and carpet, creating a clean, timeless finish.

Fire door upgrade completed this week. 🔥🚪

These doors had been previously installed without the required intumescent fire and smoke seals. The doors were removed, machined to accept the fire strips, fitted with the correct seals, and then rehung and adjusted.

A small detail that plays a big role in fire safety and compliance.

Another job completed this week fitting three cottage-style doors.

Two of the door openings had been boarded out, leaving them smaller than the minimum size the doors could safely be trimmed to. To overcome this, I re-blocked the doors and rebuilt the edges before sizing them to achieve a perfect fit while maintaining their strength and appearance.

The end result is three great-looking doors that suit the property perfectly and operate just as they should.

Another bespoke outdoor build completed recently for a customer 🌿

This one was designed and built completely to the client’s requirements, featuring a solid roof pergola with integrated guttering, a full privacy wall to one side, and a matching access gate to finish the space off properly.

A great addition to the property that creates a sheltered outdoor area while still keeping a clean, modern look. Built using quality materials and made to suit the space perfectly.

Another returning customer recently asked me to fit this beautiful dark laminate flooring, and I’m really pleased with how it transformed the room.

The rich wood tones complement the existing window frames and sills perfectly, tying the whole space together. This was a large floor with several awkward angles, so extra care was needed when cutting both the flooring and the Scotia bead for a clean, professional finish. I also trimmed the door to ensure it opened smoothly once the threshold strip was installed.

Another recently completed transformation

On this project, I:
• Lowered one side of the ceiling to create a more balanced and modern look
