En-suite bathroom completed for another returning customer in Trinity.

The customer wanted to change an existing room into a dressing room with en-suite. As the space wasn’t previously a bathroom, we installed a new waste pipes along with all necessary pipework to accommodate the full suite.

Tiling was completed to a high standard by Aaron at Whites tiling

✔️ Took up existing plywood in the kitchen
✔️ Lifted old laminate in the utility room
✔️ Replaced all skirting boards
✔️ Installed new plywood subfloor
✔️ Fitted new Moduleo LVT flooring

Customer supplied the flooring for this job, and it’s turned out great 👌

✔️ Flitch beams installed for structural support
✔️ Minerva worktop on island with under mount sink with drainer grooves
✔️ Soft-closing double oak doors with oak pelmet
✔️ 2 internal oak doors fitted

Now ready for the customer to add their final decorative touches.

We’ve just finished up a full internal door upgrade.

✔️ 11 internal doors replaced throughout the property
✔️ Old single door with sidelight removed
✔️ Full height glazed double doors installed

The new glazed doors have completely transformed the space bringing much more natural light into the hallway and creating a brighter, more open feel

Stunning bathroom renovation recently completed in Trinity ✨

We installed new V-lining to the alcove with a solid oak shelf, along with all new skirtings and dado rail.

The Lincrusta wallpaper was fitted by Jake Donald

Client chose to decorate themselves.

The client also arranged their own tiler for the Victorian geometric floor tiling,which finishes the job off perfectly.

Delighted with how this one turned out and we’re already booked in to start work on the new en-suite and dressing room soon.

Recently completed bathroom in Portobello 🚿

We changed the layout to allow for a larger shower tray, making the space feel much more open. The old cupboard by the window was removed to create extra room, finished off with V-lining.

Fibo tile-effect wet wall was fitted in the shower area with added storage, and the room was finished with new LVT flooring.

Client supplied their own decorator for the job.

We replaced 12 pre-finished oak Cuba doors, giving the property a fresh new look throughout. We also fitted a new integrated fridge freezer.

We’ve just completed a composite cladding job in Edinburgh. Earlier this year, the customer had PVC cladding fitted by another company, but it was done to a poor standard and was already causing issues, as you can see from the photos.

The customer is absolutely delighted with the result.
