In the South East the heat remains intense! But, our wheels have kept turning throughout the heatwave, infact they haven’t even slowed up.

Where concrete foundation installations would very likely need to be paused during the high temperatures therefore delaying your project, keep our clients projects on schedule!

We talk about anti-heave systems a lot here, and now will be the time they are working, as high plasticity clay soils contract, our are locked in to the non-influenced, load bearing soil layers, as identified by our experienced engineers via our site specific load testing phase.

Here’s a recent project in South London where we installed 8no 89mm diameter Ground Screws, 5.2m depth in a sensitive environment, anti-heave system fully installed and rated to over 50kN, Safe Working Load.
