Porch downlights for my client in Hadleigh, as you can see from the photos the porch ceiling is alot lower then the house ceiling ......luckily I was able to drill through the landing with a long SDS bit, I had to cut a hole in the chipboard flooring luckily enough I was able to use the armeg cutter and plugs to seal it up.

Angled LED downlights for a repeat client in Paglesham, my client wanted to give a lil bit of light to the top of their house during the night, rather difficult having 3 separate loft spaces. But very happy with the result. These are all controlled via a photocell sensor round the side of the building.

Upstairs rewire and data cable install for my clients in langdon hills. Before moving fully in my clients wanted the ability to work from home with ease and not losing any WiFi, the router was resituated into the garage with data leads to most of the rooms, eventually a data cabinet will be fitted but for now they can work upstairs whilst designing downstairs.
