5 signs your industrial roof needs attention, and what to do about them.

1. Flashings that are deteriorating. Flashings are one of the most common entry points for water. Catching and resealing them early can prevent what starts as a minor issue from becoming a significant one.

2. Gutters that block repeatedly. Often overlooked, but consistently blocked gutters are one of the leading causes of flat roof damage. Keep them clear, or the consequences tend to be costly.

3. Stains appearing on your ceiling. By the time you can see them, moisture has already made its way through. This one needs attention straight away.
