For the first time in 2 years we had to refuse delivery of a castle today. We are not aloud by law to put a castle on public land. Greens or parks etc with out permission. This permission need to be written and agreed. We we unable put a castle up and run an extention lead across 2 public paths which was also suggested. We have the right to refuse delivery of a castle for health and safety reasons. We were not told anything about it being on public land prior to delivery. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to our customer but we are a buisness and have to stick to our policies.
