SY Electrical Were Asked To Undertake A Full Led Upgrade To This Ware House This Included 52 High Bay Lights, Full Office Upgrade To Led Batten Fittings, While On Site We Ripped Out All The Redundant And Non Compliant Cabling & Equipment, We Upgraded An Old Three Phase Fuse Carrier Board To A New Three Phase Board With Surge Protection And RCD Protection, A Full EICR Was Also Carried Out

We Changed 115 Light Fittings Upgrading them To Led
We Up Graded Two Three Phase Consumer Units And 12 Single Phase Consumer Units Installing Surge Protection And RCD Protection, We Also Utilised AFDDs Due To The Nature Of The Property,
We Installed A Full CCTV System Through The Grounds
Led Emergency Lights With Sensors Were Installed To The Emergency Fire Escape
A Full EICR Was Carried Out And Signed Off By Ourselves

It Was A Pleasure To Work At Such A Historic Site And Being Part Of The Team Of Other Trades To bring This Building Back To Life
