Something exciting is happening on Thursday at Headway Shropshire. 👀

After a £600,000 investment, including £475,122 of funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, we're about to reveal our newly renovated Wellness Centre, now known as our Headway Hub.

The Hub is now more accessible and more beautiful than ever before, and ready to support even more local people with brain injury.

The grand reopening is this Thursday, and we can’t wait to bring together clients and their loved ones, professionals who refer people to our services, local businesses, journalists and supporters from across the community.

Take a look inside this spectacular Chapel Conversion.

It’s great to see this really starting to take shape, we have some beautiful brickwork complementing the original character of the building. One of the standout features being the link bridge leading to the master bedroom, overlooking the impressive double-height kitchen and dining spaces below.

To the rear, a large inglenook chimney has been formed, flanked by large windows and making the most of the beautiful rural views beyond.

It’s fantastic to see the design coming to life, and even better to have such lovely clients who have been a pleasure to work with throughout the project.

We can’t wait to see this one finished! 👏

We’re delighted to see work has commenced on one of our latest projects — the conversion of this listed former granary into unique living accommodation.

It’s great to see the space beginning to take shape. You can already see how special this space is going to be.

Works are being carefully carried out by Shuker Building & Development, and we’re looking forward to seeing this one progress.

We’re delighted to share this recently completed project for some very happy clients! 🏡

The project involved replacing the existing tiered conservatory with a new single-storey rear extension, creating a spacious, light and airy living space, within the Belle Vue conservation area.

The new extension has transformed the home, providing a bright and welcoming living area, alongside a refurbished kitchen and a new downstairs WC — creating a much more practical and enjoyable space for everyday living.

A fantastic transformation and a pleasure to be involved from design through to completion. We’re thrilled with the finished result! 🙌

We’re delighted to have secured planning approval for this two storey rear extension, designed to transform the home with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and family area at ground floor, alongside a generous principal bedroom with an en-suite above.

The design has been carefully developed to complement the existing property, creating bright, practical living spaces that enhance day-to-day family life while adding long-term value and flexibility to the home.

Site progress 👷‍♂️

Great progress on this single-storey rear flat roof extension and internal alterations, to create a large open-plan kitchen / dining space.

Following approval of a Lawful Development Certificate, the shell is now up and taking shape nicely, with the knock-through to come to fully open up the new space.

Looking forward to seeing this one completed!

Lovely project to be involved with. Internal alterations alongside new dormer windows and doors have completely transformed what was once an unused store room into a bright, open and functional kitchen space filled with natural light.
