Introducing another current project nestled in a village in West Sussex.

We’re currently delivering a full conversion and extension of this three-bedroom cottage, transforming it into a larger four-bedroom home.

The works include a new roof, extensive internal alterations and refurbishment, together with the extension of the existing property to create additional living space.

Externally, the project also includes the installation of new timber garden structures and a hot tub, helping to create a more complete and usable outdoor space alongside the refurbished home.

It’s a good example of how an existing property can be carefully adapted and extended to meet modern requirements while retaining its original character.

Another project currently progressing for Craig Construction Services in Pulborough.

Our team is carrying out a varied package of refurbishment and improvement works across the property, including:

• Conversion of a large existing room into a dedicated home gymnasium
• Installation of a new air-conditioning system
• Refurbishment of timber windows throughout the property
• Conversion and refurbishment of existing outbuildings
• Internal and external decorations
• General repairs and improvement works throughout

The project involves a broad mix of refurbishment, conversion and specialist works, all being carefully coordinated around the existing property.

Another good example of the varied residential projects our team continues to deliver across Sussex.

A non-stop week at The Debenaire, Worthing, with plenty happening across the site.

This week has seen roofing works begin to the final zone of the build, adding another major workfront to an already busy programme.

With several areas now progressing at the same time, the scale of activity across the project is really starting to show.

Kitchen installations are now underway at The Debenaire, Worthing, with the apartments continuing to take shape.

The German designed kitchens are bringing a high quality, contemporary finish to the internal fit-out as works continue across the development.

A good indication of the standard now starting to come through across the apartments.

A big milestone this week at The Debenaire, Worthing.

The first paint is going on this week, with kitchens arriving shortly and installation about to begin. The project is now entering a completely new phase and the finished spaces are starting to come to life.

Craig Construction Services is looking for an experienced Working Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our team.

The role will be working across our projects in Sussex, including our major redevelopment project in Worthing, combining hands-on site work with the day-to-day management of trades, subcontractors and site activities.

We’re looking for someone with strong construction experience who is comfortable getting involved on site as well as managing the works.

We’re pleased to introduce the newest member of the Craig Construction Services team, David Vergen, Project Manager for our Local Authority Division.

Dave joined us just over a month ago and has already settled in extremely well, working closely with our team as we continue to grow our local authority workload across Sussex.

He brings strong experience in delivering works within the social housing and local authority sector, with a good understanding of the importance of resident liaison, programme management, quality and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

It’s great to have Dave on board and we’re looking forward to seeing what he brings to the team as this side of the business continues to develop.
