1. Let's Talk
We start by arranging a site visit, giving me the opportunity to get to know you, understand your ideas and discuss how you intend to use your new structure.

2. Design & Pricing
Following our visit, I'll put together a bespoke design and detailed pricing for you to review.

3. Finalise Your Design
We'll work together to make any adjustments needed until you're completely happy with the final design and specification.

4. Booking Your Project
Once you've approved the design and pricing, a deposit secures your place in our schedule.

5. Construction & Installation
As work progresses, up to two interim payments will be due, with the remaining balance payable upon completion.

RESTORATION 🔨

Did you know we also offer garden paving restoration?

Not every tired-looking patio needs to be completely replaced. In many cases, a thorough restoration can give your existing paving a new lease of life.

Our restoration service can include:

• Deep cleaning of your existing paving
• Removing failed, cracked or crumbling pointing
• Repointing with traditional sand and cement
• Slurry jointing
• Porcelain tile grout
• Removing heavy cement haze and residue
• Repairing minor faults and loose slabs where possible
• Inspection and advice where multiple slabs have become loose

As paving specialists, we can assess your patio and advise on the most suitable solution.

If your paving itself is sound but the joints are failing, a relatively straightforward deep clean, rake-out and repoint could be all that's needed.

Where multiple slabs are loose, we'll inspect the area to identify the cause. If the original paving has been poorly installed or the base is failing, unfortunately the correct solution may be to lift and relay the paving properly.

However, where faults are minor, we may be able to make repairs on the spot before using Flowpoint slurry compound to regrout the joints and help lock the paving back into place.

We've dealt with all sorts of paving problems, including:

🔹 Heavy cement haze left behind by poor installation
🔹 Failed pointing caused by incorrect mixes
🔹 Jointing installed in unsuitable conditions
🔹 Poor workmanship
🔹 Loose slabs
🔹 Damage caused by inappropriate jet washing
🔹 General deterioration and failed jointing

We can help restore your patio without automatically resorting to a full replacement.

Great day today revisiting the 'Coastal garden' project.
Designed by Hopkins Nash Garden Design and built by us.

Today we applied sealant to the paving surfaces and took these great photos now that the plants have grown and the garden is started to be lived in.

Possibly one of our best projects of 2026?
So far..

Everything you see here has been custom made, custom cut. The research, design and bringing it altogether has been well though out, and well executed.

I am very proud to have built this for a very deserving client
