Different sites. Different scopes. Same HIR standard. 💪🏼

While part of the HIR Ltd team are putting the finishing touches on our dilapidations project in Park Royal, another team have just broken ground on a brand-new drainage & groundworks project in South Ockendon.🚧

The Park Royal project has been delivered to an extremely tight programme, and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort the team have put in to make it happen.

Days, evenings, nights and weekends — the boys have pulled together and put in the hours needed to keep the project moving and get it completed on time for handover.👏🏼

A massive effort from everyone involved. 💪🏼

📍 South Ockendon – Drainage & groundworks underway

From stripping commercial spaces back ready for handover to excavation, drainage installation and groundworks, there’s plenty happening across HIR Ltd right now.
