Traditional character, modern finish. 🧱🏡

A closer look at the roof works on this project, with a clean grey finish and standing-seam-effect detailing alongside the original brickwork and dark-clad dormer.

The rooflight upstands are formed, ready for the glazing that will bring natural light into the space below. There’s still more to come, but it’s great to see the old and new coming together.

Careful detailing makes all the difference — especially when adding something new to a character property.

🏗️ Extension progress update

The blockwork is really starting to take shape now, with the new walls going up and the footprint of the extension becoming much clearer.

Plenty of progress on site, with insulation, cavity work and masonry all moving forward nicely. It’s great to see the new space beginning to come together.

More updates to follow as we keep pushing on with the build. 🔨🧱

Good progress on this project 👷‍♂️

Prestige has completed the brickwork and carpentry package on this build, and we’ll be returning to carry out the rendering, plastering and 2nd fix carpentry as the project moves forward.

Great to see the job taking shape and another project where we’re delivering multiple trades from start to finish.
