Today weā€™re celebrating our youngest apprentice - Oliver!

At just 5 years old, heā€™s already been showing a keen interest in the family businessā€¦ although weā€™re not quite trusting him with a boiler just yet!

From learning the ropes to checking out the DTS team, Oliver is clearly keeping a very close eye on what goes on around here.

Who knowsā€¦ one day he could be the next generation of Helpful Home Experts! šŸ‘€

For now though, we think his most important job is enjoying his birthday, eating plenty of cake and making the most of being 5!

Donā€™t panic ā€” your boiler might just need a little top-up.

In this video, Dale talks you through how to safely top up your boiler pressure and get things back where they should be.

Itā€™s one of those handy little jobs thatā€™s useful to know how to do, especially as we head towards winter and your heating starts getting a proper workout. šŸ”„

That said, if you're constantly having to top up the pressure, that's a different story.

Repeated pressure loss could indicate an underlying issue, so it's worth getting it checked rather than reaching for the filling loop every few days.
