The bathroom now looks a lot better lay out, and the window also lets in much more light

We received a call from a regular customer late afternoon.With Regards to a leak coming through the ceiling below the bathroom!

We were putting the finishing touches to our full bathroom renovation we started 2 weeks ago ( yet to be posted).

So this evening I attended to investigate, leak found and new shower trap fitted 👍

Last job of a hectic week

1960's radiator replacement in a bedroom being decorated by the homeowner for his son .

Special order due to being an obscure size, that isn't readily available in most stockists!

We start a run of 3 bathrooms over the next 6 weeks, so stayed tuned 😄

Today I returned to complete this stunning annex which the homeowner has built over the summer at the bottom of his garden.

We have installed cupboards, worktops, basins, above sink water heater and WC plus all distribution pipework.

Yesterday was worth the long day!

The homeowner has a large room (living room/ dinning) and had only one large radiator in the corner of the dinning room area (last picture).

He wanted to make the room much warmer, while also making the room look much more elegant.

So we have installed 2x 1600x600 double panel anthraite radiators, along with valves and pipes.

Due to weight and the walls being plasterboard and a 200mm void, I have had to put in patresses to provide support as these weigh 45kg without water.

As you can see the Pipework has been drilled through the joist, thus giving it support, the Pipework also insulated to keep efficiency to its optimum.

Something a bit different this week.

The tennent moved in around 12 months ago and had problems with the previous washing machine and the location of it.

The previous homeowner had made the garage into a gym. However the new owners wished to have it as a utility.

We have installed a flat packed base unit and created a lovely washing machine and dryer.

The pipes have been carefully hidden behind the cladding, picking up the services from the above floor !

Jobbing day

Broken stop tap, that is fed via same external stop tap as 4 neighbors, so had to be done as quickly as possible.

Job two was to replace the flush and inlet valve on a WC.
