英國非常普遍既企缸/浴缸漏水. 源於失去效用的玻璃膠. 修復技術唔難，難係難在要用心清理舊膠，同埋補上質素好的玻璃膠.

時間同心機係最高既成本，做一次可以用2-3小時. 但係收費卻不能太高. £40有人做，但你想像一下要一個師傅用心地做2-3小時，卻收你£40，係英國，係好難既事.

作為客人，其實付出一次£80-100，換來長久保障，總比你先付出£40，再付出金錢時間修補更昂貴既天花/牆身水印，剝落，然後又再漏水，係更節省成本時間的決定.

Very first boiler installation job to me. Increasing the gas pipe size, replacing a new boiler and repipe all the pipe works.

This job provided me a very good practising chance for bending and soldering the pipe. I was set inside a small area, doing bending and soldering all the day. I wrongly bended lots of copper, thanks to my boss, he did not blame me, just let me do my best and took all the cost I increased in the job. Thanks.

Leak inspection is always difficult.

Having a gas leak before. A tighten test should be done before a boiler service. It’s within the law requirement at first. A re tighten test is needed after the boiler service. Better reading is measured. No gas smell during the service before and after. That’s sound good to the customer. It’s take an hour for me to test all visible pipe joints and valves. No extra charge to the customer, but an extra safety work for both of us. Always doing the best for the customer. Safety always the first priority.
