Just popped to the Community Garden; dahlias I planted there still going strong. A lady told me how nice it is to see them there. Cactus dahlia is Hillcrest Candy, the dark one is Addison June. There are still blooms there, just tidying up a bit.

Bringing a few beauties inside to save them from storm Amy, due to arrive tomorrow. The big dahlia is Thea which was a cutting from Halls of Heddon this spring -the flowers are long lasting, so I’m happy with that. Josudi Hercules is mellowing into a dark orange from his summer red, I’m happy with that too😀 😃
