It’s not every day two train turntables are unearthed and a recent visit to Site 1 - Hartlepool Marina shows they are now fully visible. Whilst it is proposed to develop the area providing much needed housing, the intention is to retain these historic structures on site, with only a few remaining in this condition in the country.

This impressive project at involved the updating of the exisitng golf clubhouse and driving range facilities. This included to demolition of the existing driving range, introducing a new two tie driving range providing state of the art equipment. Reprofiling of the range surface to allow the use of robots for ball collection.

The extension provides a large sports bar and feature curved screen, full length bowling alley and games area. New changing room facilites and Golf Clubhouse and shop. 👏🏽
