Landlord lives away and let me just get on with it and trusted my judgement.
I organised a Damp specialist to sort the rising damp.
Stripped all wall paper.
Fitted kitchen and skirting boards.
Repaired floors and walls.
Tiling, plumbing and minor electrical work.
Decorated from top to bottom.
Probably lots more.
Ready to rent out.
The landlord was happy I could take the stress out of organising the renovation.

I was tasked with covering an old hot tub, and matching it in with the existing decking. I think I got it close enough.
